The 12 week SEO Kickstarter Programme

This is what the programme schedule looks like:
 

Section 1 - Weeks 1-4:
 

1. Calm works on the technical side of your website, ensuring all Analytics are configured and tracking appropriately.
2. We will generate an initial site analysis with a report that gives us an accurate picture of where you are now (for new businesses this may show little to no data, but that’s to be expected!).
3. Calm will begin fixing site warnings in the first month, aiming for a minimum 25% reduction overall. 
    

Section 2 - Weeks 5-8:
 

1. Our Digital Marketing team will generate the first fully optimised blog post for your website.
2. You’ll receive a framework to write blog posts yourself, which we will consult you on and help improve. This will give you the tools you need to learn how to manage this yourself going forward.
3. We’ll request 2 blog posts in total over the course of weeks 5-8
4. Calm will optimise the existing content on your website based on the keywords we’ve highlighted in our initial report in Section 1.

Section 3 - Weeks 9-12:
 

1. Calm will continue our writing, upping the output to two fully optimised blog posts as well as improving the two blog posts we’ll request from you across weeks 9-12.
2. A final report will be generated showing our progress across the programme
3. A strategy meeting will be held to talk you through what progress we’ve made, and our recommendations going forwards
4. You’ll receive a list of keywords we recommend you work on for maximum effectiveness for the next 3 months
    

After the final payment has been received, you are no longer obligated to continue. We're so confident that you will have great knowledge of how you can manage your own website, that we are giving you everything we've worked on together and leaving the decision up to you.
